How to upload items or service ?
Login to your store admin panel and follow the inline help to upload your item in insert new item page. Here item uploading related help are described with easy example. So it is very easy to upload bulk items with in fraction of time. Only you want to decide your uploading item MRP and Sale Price, item name and description. All other item details are already there.
Remove or disable item publishing ?
In your store admin panel find item list/ update item and select/check items which you want to disable. On top right corner action select your action disable and submit it. Your selected items are disabled not and no longer available for customer purchases. You can again publish them later following above steps.
Calculation item actual weight ?
Shipping are depends on item type, weight and dimention. Shipping charges applied on item weight so it is require to convert item packet dimantion to item weight. Following the rule of converting dimantion to weight on the Indian low describe below:
Packet: Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm) / 5000 = Actual Weight (LxWxH/5000)
i.e.: 5cm x 10cm x 20cm / 5000 = 2KG
How can I provide Offer and Schemes to customers ?
Store City categorized items into two type of uploading places. One the actual uploads onto item category wise where items uploaded by its selling price and MRP price for single unite. Other is offers category that a seller can upload its items in form of combos, items on discount and buy and get free. In the offer category seller can upload items to make combos of small margin items like if a item sell price is under 30 Rs. They can make combos of 5 items, 11 items, 25 items and more to get higher profit on small priced items and also sold a large no of items at one time. No! StoreCity not commit to seller to must sell their items with in a time of period. It is depend on item popularity, price, offer, scheme, brand and the availability of item for customer.
